Holtz and Associates, PC was founded by Franklin A. Holtz in 1983.  A partnership with Motor City Accounting and Financial Services was established in 1992.

 

The partnership grew from a single client at the firm's orgin to currently preparing tax returns, financial statements and providing other tax services to over 1,200 clients annually.
